近年来,我国桥梁事业蓬勃发展,成绩非凡,打破了多项世界桥梁纪录,为世界桥梁建设技术创新贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。湖北省位于长江流域中心位置,拥有长江最长岸线,交通枢纽地位突出。湖北省的大跨度桥梁建设之路是我国推进科技自立自强、坚定迈向桥梁强国的生动缩影。本届论坛将依托世界交通运输大会平台,致力于拓展大跨度桥梁建设及技术创新的国际学术交流与合作,以湖北省大跨度桥梁建设为例,探讨大跨度桥梁工程建设中的设计理念和关键技术问题,凝聚共识,促进我国大跨度桥梁建设的发展。本届论坛将有6位本领域专家带来关于大跨度桥梁建设技术最新进展的报告。

【专家简介】正高职高级工程师,国务院政府津贴专家,全国五一劳动奖章获得者,中国公路学会专家委员会委员。负责或主要参与完成了荆州、巴东、鄂东、荆岳、阳逻等多座长江大桥的勘察设计。获国家科技进步奖、全国优秀工程勘察设计奖、国际桥梁大会古斯塔夫金奖和全球道路联盟杰出工程设计奖。出版技术专著1部,发表专业技术论文40余篇,参与编写和审查多部交通运输行业技术规范,担任《桥梁建设》、《世界桥梁》等行业核心期刊编委。
【Introduction】Senior Engineer, the State Council allowance expert, winner of May lst Labour Medal, member of Expert Committee of China Highway & Transportation Society. He is responsible for or mainly participated in the survey and design of Jingzhou, Badong, Edong, Jingyue, Yangluo and other Yangtze River Bridges. He has won the National Prize for Progres in Science and Technology, the National Outstanding Engineering Survey and Design Award, the Gustav Gold Award of IBC and the Global Road Alliance Outstanding Engineering Design Award. He has published 1 technical monograph, more than 40 professional technical papers, participated in the compilation and review of several technical specifications of the transportation industry, and served as the editorial board of "Bridge Construction", "World Bridges" and other core journals in the industry.

【专家简介】中铁大桥局集团有限公司总工程师,教授级高工。长期从事桥梁设计和施工组织设计工作,先后主持或参与完成了天兴洲长江大桥、大胜关长江大桥等三十余座特大型桥梁工程的技术攻坚任务。发表论文10余篇,国家发明专利近90项,实用新型专利27项,获省部级和国家行业协会科学技术进步奖特等奖7项、一等奖11项。2018年获“湖北省劳动模范”荣誉称号,2019年获“湖北省有突出贡献中青年专家”称号。
【Introduction】Mao Weiqi is currently the chief engineer and professor-level senior engineer of China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., LTD. He has engaged in bridge design and construction organization design work for a long time, and has successively presided over or participated in solving and finishing over 30 key technical tasks of super bridge engineering, including Tianxingzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge, and so on. He has published more than 10 papers, nearly 90 national invention patents, 27 utility model patents, and has won 7 special prizes and 11 first prizes of provincial and ministerial and national trade association science and technology progress awards. He was also awarded as Model Worker of Hubei Province in 2018, Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions in Hubei Province in 2019.

【专家简介】中铁大桥勘测设计院总工程师,中国中铁专家。获湖北省有突出贡献的中青年专家称号、享受国务院政府特殊津贴。先后参与和主持了北京地铁立水西桥、南京大胜关长江大桥、郑州黄河公铁两用桥、安庆铁路长江大桥、沪通铁路长江大桥、黑瞎子岛乌苏大桥、武汉杨泗港长江大桥、通苏嘉甬铁路杭州湾大桥、甬舟铁路西堠门大桥、铜陵G3长江公铁两用大桥、马尔代夫中马友谊大桥和孟加拉中孟友谊八桥等国内外多项重点工程的设计和研究工作。
【Introduction】Xiao Haizhu is the Chief Engineer of China Railway Major Bridge Reconnaissance & Design Institute, Expert of China Railway. He has won the title of Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions in Hubei Province and enjoys special government allowance from The State Council. 【Introduction】Dr. Zhu Yu is the Chief Engineer & Deputy Director of Bridge Institute, CCCC Second Highway Consulting Co., Ltd. Over the past 20-year professional career, he has been engaged in long span bridge design, Chinese standard road bridge design, consulting and reviewing, research and codes editing of bridge engineering, etc., and some typical works are Ehuang Yangtze River Bridge, Vietnam Thuan Phouc Bridge, Siduhe Bridge and Huanghe Sanxia Bridge, Standards Drawing of Highway Bridge and applied technology strategy research. He has achieved more than 20 National and Provincial/ Ministerial Awards, including Excellent Design Award, Consulting Award, and Science and Technology Progress Award. 【专家简介】廖原,教授级高工,从事大跨度桥梁勘测、设计、咨询研究工作20年。代表作品有:武汉三官汉江公路大桥(主跨190m双塔PC部分斜拉桥)、丹江口汉江公路大桥(主跨260m高低塔PC斜拉桥)、香溪河公路大桥(主跨470m双塔组合梁斜拉桥)、嘉鱼长江公路大桥(主跨920m双塔非对称混和梁斜拉桥)、丹江口水库特大桥(主跨760m双塔地锚式混和梁斜拉桥)等。目前正在主持设计武汉都市区环线高速汉南长江公路大桥。
【Introduction】Liao Yuan, professor-level senior engineer, has been engaged in survey, design, consulting and research of long-span bridges for 20 years. His representative works are: Wuhan Sanguan Han River Highway Bridge (double-tower PC partially cable-stayed bridge with 190m mainspan), Danjiangkou Han River Highway Bridge (high-low tower PC cable-stayed bridge with 260m mainspan), Xiangxihe Highway Bridge (double-tower composite beam cable-stayed bridge with a 470m mainspan), Jiayu Yangtze River Highway Bridge (double-tower asymmetric hybrid beam cable-stayed bridge with a 920m mainspan), Danjiangkou Reservoir Bridge (double-tower hybrid beam earth-anchored cable-stayed bridge with a 760m mainspan), etc. At present, he is presiding over the design of Hannan Yangtze River Highway Bridge, which is part of Wuhan metropolitan area highway ring.

【专家简介】陈艾荣,同济大学土木工程学院教授。主要研究领域为桥梁全寿命周期设计理论、桥梁风险评估、桥梁美学设计等。曾获国家教委一等奖,上海市科技进步三等奖,优秀工程咨询一等奖,国家科技进步一等奖等。国际学术组织IABSE和IABMAS的国际科学委员会委员。编写或参与编写200多部著作。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、863项目、国家科技支撑计划等。研究成果应用于苏通大桥、润扬大桥、杭州湾大桥等50多座大跨径桥梁。
【Introduction】Chen Airong, professor, works in College of Civil Engineering, Tongji University. His research fileds include life cycle design theory of bridge, bridge risk assessment, bridge aesthetic design, and so on. The awards he has received include the First Prize of State Education Council Award in 1995, the Third Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Shanghai in 2000, the First Prize of Outstanding Engineering Counseling in 2003, and the First Prize of National Science and Technology Progress in 2009, etc. He has been invited to serve in international scientific committees of IABSE and IABMAS, and he is the author or co-author of over 200 scientific publications. He has been in charge of National Natural Science Foundation projects, 863 projects, National Science and Technology Support Plans, etc. He studies has been applied to more than 50 long span bridges, such as Sutong Bridge, Runyang Bridge, and Hangzhou Bay Bridge.

【专家简介】教授,同济大学桥梁工程系副主任,中国公路学会桥梁结构和工程分会理事副秘书长、IABSE技术委员会核心委员,WTC桥梁工程学部秘书长,IABMAS中国团组秘书长;交通运输部中青年科技创新领军人才。主研领域为桥梁设计理论与方法、桥梁工业化与智能建造、桥梁长期性能保持与提升。主持、参与国家、省部级及重大工程科研项目50余项,研究成果为苏通大桥、泰州大桥、卢浦大桥、狮子洋大桥等国内二十余座大桥工程提供支持。
【Introduction】Ruan Xin, professor and doctoral supervisor of Tongji University, serves as Deputy Director of Department of Bridge Engineering, Tongji University, Deputy Secretary General of Council of Bridge Structure and Engineering Branch and member of Youth Expert Committee of China Highway & Transportation Society, core member of Technical Committee of IABSE, Secretary General of WTC Bridge Engineering Department, Secretary General of IABMAS China Group. He was selected as young and middle-aged scientific and technological innovation leader of the Ministry of Transport. His research interests include bridge design theory and methods, bridge industrialization and intelligent construction, and long-term performance maintenance and improvement of bridges. He has presided over and participated in more than 50 national, provincial and ministerial level and major engineering research projects, and the research results have provided decision-making support for more than 20 domestic bridge projects, such as Sutong Bridge, Taizhou Bridge, Lupu Bridge, and Shiziyang Bridge.
